Tuesday our daughter Nicole left Puerto Vallarta after a very
short weeks visit to ”wing” her way back to the great PNW and its 46 – 37
degree temperature as a heavy and damaging wind storm had just finished passing
through the Seattle area. At the same
time the evening weather here in PV dropped to a cooling 73 degree temperature
for the evening. The weather Gods
continue their fickle ways. Her complete
visit here was hot with “feel like” temp ranging in the high 90’s to over
100. Great swimming pool and cervesa times.
This is to be the year of many visits – from family members
to close friends. We also will be taking several trips in Mexico, including
Tonala, Guadalajara, and the Copper Canyon Tour. Dolores’ Essence of Cuisine Cooking School
begins on November 30th and will continue into the early springtime. We also hope to get into some salt water and
fresh water sports fishing.
Dolores older daughter, Christine Deaver, of Teatro ZinZanni,
stage, TV and movies, will be in Puerto Vallarta for the upcoming month of
December, performing her one-woman show at Danny Mininni’s Red Room Cabaret
venue before returning to Seattle for her Teatro ZinZanni performances in the
antique European cabaret tent known as spiegeltents – mirror tents. Christine has received numerous Garland,
Ovation, and LA Weekly awards for her work in theatre and as a company member
of Zoo District Theatre Company.
So we begin another exciting full time season in paradise...15
and counting.
